Ricchelle Richardson is the Interventional Radiology Clinical Coordinator at Baylor St. Luke's. She has been with the St. Luke's administration for 20 years. Laura Urbanelli, PA-C


Laura Urbanelli is a Physician Assistant for Baylor College of Medicine/CHI St. Luke's Health. She works in partnership with Dr. John Fischer in the clinical management and coordination of the uterine fibroid patients.

Laura received her bachelor's degree in biology in 2013 from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth. She then completed her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Baylor College of Medicine in 2016 where she graduated with highest honors. Laura worked in surgical oncology at MD Anderson Cancer Center before moving into the specialty of interventional radiology. She worked in IR at Providence Hospital in North Houston prior to joining us here at CHI St. Luke’s Health-Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center.

In her free time, Laura loves to travel, play with her dogs, and go hiking.


Jessica Alayon, PA-C


Jessica Alayon is a Physician Assistant for Radiology Partners. She works in conjunction with John Fischer in the clinical management and coordination for the uterine fibroid patients.

Jessica grew up in rural eastern New Mexico on a ranch and farm. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Wayland Baptist University in 2002 and continued her education at the Covenant School of Radiology in Lubbock, Texas to become a Radiology Technologist. After working as a radiology technologist for seven years she wanted to expand her knowledge and skills so she returned to school at The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas to receive her Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 2013. She began her physician assistant career working in a family practice for one year followed by four years at an endocrinology private practice prior to joining Radiology Partners. She is excited to be able to combine her radiology background and physician assistant education to provide quality care in diagnostic imaging.

In her free time she enjoys gardening, running, hanging out by the pool, traveling, and spending time with her husband, two children, and extended family.
